Lateral locking brackets for the 90° connection between Solar rails
Advantages
Quick installation of the Solar rail by tightening a single screw.
The PXC bracket is already pre-assembled and does not require any additional element (e.g.: screws, washers, bolts).
The large contact surface of the PXC connection bracket increases the load-bearing capacity of the connection.
PXC AL is the aluminium bracket that allows connecting two overlapping Solar rails with an angle of 90° to create a crossed subframe. Quick coupling inside the lower profile by means of a hammer head nut. Connection to the upper profile through joint in the side groove. Compatible with SolarFish H33 and SolarFish H44 rails.
Properties
Connection bracket in AW6063 T6 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013.
A2-70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2;2009.
FCN AL hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA 6.

Functionality
Cross connection:
Insert the FCN AL M 8 nut in the upper groove of the lower Solar rail and rotate it by 90°.
Insert the hook of the PXC connection bracket inside the side groove of the upper rail.
Tighten the connection by applying the correct tightening torque (10 Nm) to the Allen screw (TCEI).
