Lateral locking bracket for the 90° connection between Solar rails

PXC Plus AL is the aluminium bracket that allows connecting two overlapping Solar rails with an angle of 90° to create a crossed subframe. Quick coupling inside the lower profile by means of a hammer head nut. Connection to the upper profile through joint in the side groove. Compatible with SolarFish H33 and SolarFish H44 rails.
Properties
Connection bracket in AW6063 T6 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013.
A2-70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2;2009.
FCN AL hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA 6.

Functionality
Insert the FCN AL M 8 nut (preassembled to the bracket) in the upper side of the lower Solar rail and rotate it by 90°.
Insert the suitable knurl of the bracket (depending on the height of the used profile) into the lateral side of the upper Solar rail.
Tighten the hexagonal socket screw applying a 10Nm torque to secure the connection.
