SolarFish H33 AL rail is an AW 6063 T6 aluminium alloy rail for PV systems. The 33 mm high cross-section makes it particularly suitable for pitched roofs with fastening points close to each other. The side groove and the lower groove are compatible with SKS M8 screws or RHS hammer head screws. SolarFish H33 AL rail is compatible with PMU / PMCU universal clamps and pre-assembled clamps PMF / PMC. The rail is compatible with the construction of structures on pitched roofs, in combination with stainless steel and aluminium hooks, non-removable corrugated panel or barrel /flat tile roof, in combination with STSR and STSI double-threaded screws, and standing seam metal sheet roof, in combination with DLA and DLAK clamps.

Functionality

Identify the correct support system based on the type of roof (e.g., flat tile hooks, barrel tile hooks, triangular frames for flat roofs, standing seam clamps, etc).
Determine the centre distance of the fastenings according to snow and wind loads (use SOLARPANEL-FiX software to design the system).
Assemble the SolarFish H33 AL rail on the selected support through the lower or the side grooves.
To connect two SolarFish H33 AL rails, install a SolarFish H33 AL connector centering it between the two rails and complete the installation though RHS 8 screws.
To limit thermal expansion, it is advisable to create series of rails connected to each other up to a maximum length of 15 m. Beyond this measure it is necessary to interrupt the structure and start again with a new rail disconnected from the previous ones.
Install the clamps through the upper groove of the rail. The SolarFish H33 AL rail is compatible with all kinds of fischer clamps.
Fix the PV panels by tightening the clamps.
